You must have either a 1-day pass or a 3-day pass to enter any of the concert venues, with general admission or VIP options available for both. You can buy your tickets, passes, and parking (as well as reserving campsites) online here. Once you’ve selected all your options, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Add to Cart. Then scroll back to the top and select Checkout.

The Concert Bowl opens Wednesday at 6 pm and Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 1 pm.

VIP Passes are the ultimate Lakes Jam experience and includes: access to large exclusive VIP area during the main stage performances; free tap beer, soda and water in the vip tent; discounted drinks, complimentary catered dinner Thurs, Fri and Sat night in the VIP tent; VIP eating area with tables and chairs; souvenir VIP mug and lanyard and VIP only bathrooms. Lakes Jam will have a merchandise tent near the center of the Concert Bowl area.

Go here first to see what options are available. From there, you can click “Get Passes Now” to go to the ticketing page. Select the Camping & Seating tab. Click on the interactive map to find and select a campsite. Take note of the size of the site to insure your rig will fit. Complete your order with your tickets, parking passes, upgrades, etc. then Checkout.

Yes, all campers need a camping wristband. To purchase a wristband, you must also purchase either a 3-day GA or 3-day VIP pass. Saturday GA or VIP passholders may camp. There is no discount on the Camping wristband for this option.

Full-service campsites include water, electrical, sewer, picnic table, and a fire ring. Reserved campsites are a guaranteed spot, marked out on grass or asphalt. Some have electricity but not all. General campsites are free and are first-come, first-served. All campsites have access to full-service restrooms including showers.

Campgrounds open for initial entry at 12 p.m. (can be earlier) on Wednesday if you have a Wednesday Camping Party Pass. Otherwise, it opens for initial entry at 9 a.m. on Thursday. After that, you can enter and exit at any time. The box office for initial ticket scanning is open Wednesday from noon to 11 p.m. and open Thurs, Fri and Sat from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. If you show up for the first time – for your initial ticket scanning – after 11 p.m., you will have to wait until the next morning to enter the campgrounds. You can stay out front in the staging area that night, but be aware that there is NO security out there over night.

Yes, there are restrooms and showers throughout the campgrounds as well as in the Concert Bowl.

All full-service campsites have these amenities. Reserved campsites in the Crappie or Sunny campground have electricity, the rest do not. Water fill and pumping services are available. See the camping page for details. There is no electricity, sewage or water hookups in the general campground.

This allows you to bring a vehicle onto the Lakes Jam property into the campground areas. If it has a steering wheel, it needs a pass.

Pit bikes are allowed under the category of ATVs/UTVs.

Street legal bikes need a camping vehicle pass and are not allowed for roaming the campgrounds, they are for entry and exit to the venue. In other words, you cannot use your street bike to get around inside of Lakes Jam.

Yes. You must purchase a pass for each vehicle and must provide a signed waiver before entering the campground. You can also digitally sign and submit one here. Pit bikes and street bikes also need passes (street bikes are for transport to and from the venue, not inside the campgrounds or venues).

IMPORTANT NEW RULE!

ATV, UTV, Cart, Elec. Scooter, Elec. Bike and Pitbike Flags – Required on certain vehicles including but not limited to electric bikes, electric scooters, ATV’s, UTV’s, Golf Carts and Pit Bikes. Insurance is now requiring all motorized vehicles (gas or electric) to have a flag attached at all times while operating on BIR property. Flag size is to be NO less than 10” x 14” rectangle/triangle or 14” x 14” square with a height off the ground of no less than 66” inches to the top of the flag.   Exclusions from this rule and do Not need a flag are:

• Vehicles that are registered and have current registration to operate on Minnesota Highways.
• Vehicles that have a roof that exceeds 66” in height.  If you are sitting on your electric bike or standing on your electric scooter, the highest point of your body must be 66” or taller.

You do not have to purchase your flag from us but we do have them for sale. Our flags come with pole and universal mounting hardware.

No, everyone needs a GA or VIP pass to be in the campground. Children 8 and under are free. Tickets can be won or easily earned this way or this way.

There are hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals in the area. You can also reach out to Visit Brainerd for local information and lodging.

We have complimentary shuttles from surrounding hotels (click here to see which ones) or you can take your own shuttle or hire a local cab. There are very limited Uber and Lyft services and they are always changing so we don’t recommend counting on them being available.

There is handicap parking right next to the Concert Bowl. There is a handicap / wheelchair accessible viewing area in the Concert Bowl as well as accessible restrooms.

Yes. The Brainerd International Raceway (home to Lakes Jam) has good cell phone coverage. We also offer FREE wi-fi.

You cannot bring any food or beverages into the concert areas except for water in a clear container.

Yes, we always have a great variety of food vendors in the Concert Bowl, from snacks like popcorn and corndogs to sandwiches and burgers.

There are over twelve bars serving a large variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. We strive for no lines!

Yes. There will be a fireworks show on Friday night right before the headliner.

Yes, 3-day discount military passes are $79+ tax for General Admission. You can purchase them at Pre-Jam parties or at our partner locations. You must have current military ID, DD214 or official paperwork showing current or previous service in the Armed Forces or National guard. Click here for locations.

We do allow all pets in the campgrounds, but not in the concert bowl.  If they become a nuisance to other patrons, they will be asked to be removed.
